We know our site can be a little daunting - so here are some frequently asked questions to put you at ease.

How do I make a purchase with you?
Simple, click on our Home Page and take a look at our deal of the day. If you like what you see, let us know how many you'd like to buy by typing a number in the Quantity box (default is 1) and click Deal.
A new page will pop up allowing you to see your order, if everythings correct click Proceed to Checkout. Fill in your details letting us know where you want your item(s) sent. Done.

Why are your deals so amazing?
All of our products are sourced in bulk and direct from suppliers meaning not only will you recieve top quality products but because so many people are purchasing the item, we can pass on the savings we recieve direct.

How long does a deal last for?
One whole day. Twenty-Four little hours. 1440 minutes. So act quick. Our deals start from 00:00:00 midnight and finish at 23:59:59 that evening; or sometimes sooner if we sell out. So if you like what you see - don't delay and buy straight away.

I missed a deal, what can I do?
Unfortuntely, as the name suggest its one deal a day, but if there is something you desperately desire then contact us and we will try our best to sort something out with the manufacturer for you.

How quickly will I recieve my order?
Assuming there is nothing wrong with the order - all orders are sent out within 24 hours via the Royal Mail delivery service, and should be recieved within 2-5 working days.

There is a problem with my order - what can I do?
